Complaint handling

Forcyd always tries to provide the best possible service with quality and ethical actions as permanent points of attention. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied with the conduct of (employees of) the Organisation. Do you have a complaint about this? Then you can let Forcyd know.

You can file your complaint within 6 weeks after it was observed by sending an email to or by sending a letter to the following address:

Please make sure the complaint contains at least the following information:
  • The name and address of the Complainant;
  • The date of the Complaint;
  • The date on when the conduct was observed;
  • A description of the conduct against which an objection is made;
  • The grounds to which the Complainant objects.
We will respond within 2 weeks of the receipt of the compliant. A copy of our full compliant procedure can be requested by sending an email to
